A resolution signed by more than a. hundred Conservative members o; the House of Commons has been presented to Mr. Baldwin, "requesting .an assurance that Empire preference and all other .questions iiiyoivifjft the development of the Empire will he discussed in their broadest aspects, and .that no proposals for this purpose shall be' barred at the Economic 'Conference.
