. . SYDNEY, This bay. Commencing on Ist September, a cable letter rate of 9d per word will be instituted. Messages may be lodged 6ii any day of tlie week with the Pacific or Jiasterh Company, and will be deliyered m London as far as possible within foftyeight hours of lodgment. The deferred rate of Is 6d will be retained.
