"LUV."

The 'Varsity students' extravaganza, "Luv," was repeated before a large audience at the Grand Opera House last evening, and proved as big a success as ever. Those students who were not in the production had assembled in force to "barrack" their friends, and much wholesome fun ensued. A. J. Mazengarb, as Queen Sheezastunna, was easily the foremost comedian of the evening. He never failed to touch with his quips. In his gossip with Queen Elizabeth he scored a great hit. Another player worthy of note was Miss M. Cooley, as Queen Nevatite. Hers was easily the best acting of the production. Topical characters were a feature, prominent men being introduced as Bill Mushie, Tom Trillforth,' and Hairy Harry. From the opening scene in tho Stone Age to the close of the scene on the Jazz Boat of the Styx, interest was well sustained. The management announces that owing to the success of the production it will be repeated next Saturday evening.
