SYDNEY, This Day. The annual report by Sir Hairy Chauvel, Inspector-General of the Military Forces, refers to the growing shortage of military horses-in'Australia: .He .says that the prospect of-Australia producing any quantity, of the class of horses that, .established..such, a record in the late war is so doubtfulthat he cous;ders the matter to be worthy of serious attention.
