CAIRO, 17th July. A . dispute . has arisen between the King of the Hedjaz and the Egyptian Oovernmeut in''connection with the usual pilgrimage to Mecca.. The former King declined to permit an Egyptian medical mission to accompany the pilgrims, on the ground that, the Hedjaz possessed sufnciently good medical supervisors Therefore, the Egyptian Government recalled the mission, which was convevine the sacred carpet from Cairo to Mecca
