A new leading lady in Miss Doris Dunne is to be introduced to Wellington, audiences. Miss Duane is a youno; actress of the modern school who has had a rapid rise 'to. the stellar rank. She also has been particularly successful on the English stage, her greatest success there being in the leading/role of. "Shanghai" at Drury Lane Theatre, London', which part wns played previously by the Australian favourite Dorothy Bruntoh.
