The annual report and'balance-' sheet stated that lack of enthusiasm and _, non-interest. in. the. club, was marked, Unless:'the- members •held"together- : and helped to secure others: the club would be on the wane. The financial members numbered 56. as against 55 for last year. During the year two plain ".andvfanoy dress dances were held, also two novelty dance evenings. Good- work ■ was done by the committee, and many fine concert parties were held. The fin-ancial-statement showed a balance of v£ll 5s 10d. The election of officers resulted as follows:—President, Mr. W. Stan ton..; vice-presidents"; Messrs. Billing, Poison; secretary, Mr. H. Lather; treasurer, Mrs. V. Nattrass; auditor, Mr. J. Eolmer; committee, Mesdames Thomas, Ross, Santon, Messrs. Clarke, Thomas, and Rohner.
