When the case of John Ernest Denton v against Edith Denton, an appeal a*- .st a separation and maintenance order n we by Mr. F. K. Hunt. .S.M.. was c u.od on at the Supreme. Court yesterday afternoon. Mr. 0. L. Mazengarb, counsel for the petitioner, said that he had been unable to pet in touch with Mrs. Denton. His Honour, in grantino an adjournment until Monday afternoon, said that if Mrs. Denton did not appear the appeal would be granted in her absence.
