It is reported from Bucharest that^ an English military mission under Field Marshal Lord Ypres.'is now inspectingthe Dniester front of- Rumania, etatea the Vienna correspondent of the "Manchester Guardian," on. 3rd May. ' A French military mission also left for Sassy for a. similar purpose. Some.papers point out the curious fact that the visit of the military mission to Rumania coincides with Marshal Focli's visit to Warsaw.
