PRINCESS THEATRE.
"Tho TJ.P Trail," a Benjamin B. Hampton, production, now - screening at tha Princess Theatre, deals with a story 01 noble love mingled with high adventare and scenes of stirring action. It is adapted from one of Zane Grey's greatest novels, and is a fine example of tins well-known author's dramatic powers Robert M'Kim, Marguerite de a. Motte, Roy Stewart. Kathlyn Wilbams, J. J Dowling, Virginia Colwcll, JH-eaerick Star, and a number of wellknown artists are in the cast. The scene is laid in California, that home of love and adventure of the Wild West, and all lovers of drama are mado to realise the stirring life in these parts, and the beautiful scenes of • California are brought before their view in a manner which could-not be excelled. "Enchantment; the supporting picture, is a clever, brilliant satire- on the modern society "flapper," gorgeously staged and superbly acted. Marion Davies takes the part of the adorable Ethel Hoyt, whom vanity tempts to record her conquests in a diary. Mother gets the diary and Papa Hoyt's eyea are opened to the necessity of - taming his daughter. Ihe remaining films on the programme are 01 an interesting character.
