The "Neve Freie Presse". publishes a Sofia telegram alleging that papers were found on M. Stambouliski relating to the plot for a Republican coup d'etat, on the occasion of the consecration of the new cathedral on 12th September, when 100,000 peasants were to assemble in Sofia, the idea being to force King Boris to abdicate and elect Stambouliski President,
