LONDON, I4th June. The Berlin correspondent of "The Times" has been informed on the best authority, that two personal agents of Trotsky in Berlin, who have at their disposal £4,000,000, have entered into an agreement with a Dutch firm to negotiate with the British Disposals Board for the purchase of ammunition and arms for the use of the Red Armies.
