The Dairy Division, Department of Agriculture, has received cahk-d advice indk-iitiu." that the production of clieese in Canada is thus far this season some 1) per cent: behind that of the corresponding period of 11)22 it is noted that the High Commissioner's cable of the 26th May indicated the price of New Zealand cheese at 84s to 80s, while this week's cablegram shows the price at 68s to 925. It seems probable that the shortage of supply from Canada may be having a flcmiiiß influence on prices.
