MR. DOOLEY'S EXPULSION REINSTATEMENT INDICATED (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPYRIGHT.) (Received Sth June, 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Labour Conference spent the day and evening sessions in discussing Mr. Dooley's expulsion and the matter of ballot-boxes with sliding, panels. , No finality was arrived at. on either issue, but the conference adopted a por- j tion of the report of the minority of the executive endorsing the DooleyCharltori circular which was published j in December, and which urged a general clean-up of the movement. The division was 187 to 110, and is regarded as an indication of Mr. Dooley's subsequent reinstatement in the movement. When the debate was continued Mr. Hynes, the principal of Mr. Dooley's accusers, refused to attend the conference to reiterate his' charges.
