(BT TELEGRAPH.—-PRE SS ASSOCIATION.) OAMARU, This Day. The weather was fine but dull and cold for the second day of the Oamaru Jockey Club-'s Races. There was a good attendance. Results ::— Pacific Hurdles Handicap, of 120 soys; one mile and a half.—Mandrake, 9.13, 1; Clean Sweep, 11.8, 2'; Silk Rein, 9.11, 3. Won by a length, with the third horse eight lengths away. Time, 2min 47 4-5 sec.
