An official statement says that Mr. Stanlay Baldwin will combine the position of Prime Minister with that of Chancellor of the Exchequer. Lord Robert Cecil becomes Lord Privy Seal. The Marquis of Salisbury remains Lord President of the Council. The position of Postmaster-General is vacant. The remainder of the Ministry is practically unchanged. Mr. M'Kenna will take over the Exchequer when he recovers from his illness.
