In Odessa crowds attacked several Swiss subjects in the streets. The. Soviet is refusing visas for Swiss passports.

Efforts have bean made by the Soviet \ to fix the responsibility for the murder of M. Vorowsky, who was in Lausanne in the hope of being admitted to the Near East Conference, on the Swiss authorities.
