ASSAULTS ON THE SWISS

Moscow reports state that the authorities at Petrograd, Moscow, and Kieff have arrested several Swiss subjects. Several Petrograd shops having Swiss owners were stormed and wrecked by a mob. In Odessa crowds attacked several Swiss subjects in the streets. The. Soviet is refusing visas for Swiss passports.
Efforts have bean made by the Soviet \ to fix the responsibility for the murder of M. Vorowsky, who was in Lausanne in the hope of being admitted to the Near East Conference, on the Swiss authorities.
