LONDON, 10th May.
Mr. R. M'Neil, Under-Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs, informed the House of Commons that the British agent at Moscow had been instructed to protest strongly against the capture of the trawler Lord Astor, and demand the release of the crew. The Government has dispatched a patrol' vessel to the Murman coast to prevent interference with British vessels outside the three-mile limit. The commander of the patrol vessel has been ordered to use force if necessary.
