■NEW YORK, 28th April. The United States Lawn Tennis Association has announced that it has been admitted to membership of the International Lawn Tennis Federation.
The United States wnttld not .join the federation while the ■V?iish L.T.A. called the Wimbledon oimnrpionships "world's championships." The. English association h»8 now decided to drop the title.
