WELLINGTON'S CARNIVAL WEEK
TO THI EDITOR. Sir,—ln last night's issue it is stated that the week should be known as "Wellington's Welcome Week." As this appears to be putting the cart before the horse, a better title would be "Wellington's Invitation Week." Uninvited people are seldom welcome.—l am, etc., S.M.G. 26th April.
