(IT TIIIGRAPH.—PRISB ASSOCIATION.) : : HAWERA, 26tli April. Philip Seabrook, charged with breaches of the motor bylaws in Hawera on the occasion of his record mo-tor-car journey from Auckland to Wellington, was fined £3 on one charge and £10 on another.
