Also started: Weary Willie 9.10, Samarang 9.2, Pillage 8.13, Steelitza 7.0. Won by half a length. Time, lmin 5.2-ssec. Heefton Trot, of 90 sovs; one mile and it quarter. —Prince Charlie, lOsec, 1: Denver Wood, 3sec, 2; Lady Mill, 11 i sec. 3. ' Eight started. Won by sis lengths. Time f> 3min 44 2-ssec, Welter Handicap, of 100 sovs; seven furlongß.j-JBestiv, 10.6 (Ryder), 1; Cambrae, 8.9, 2; Le Forte, 8.11, 3. Also started: Warlike 10.12, Balefire 10.2, Kuia 9.6, Idleness 8.11, Elixir 8.6, Orange Mart 8.5, Missjand 8.4, Grand Duchy 8.2, Tirana 8.2, Tirangq, 8.0. A fine race. Won by a length and threequarters. Time, lmin 34sec. Farewell Handicap, of 80 sovs; six furlongs.—Pillage, 8.11 (Ludlow), 1; Counter Attack, 9.12,_ 2; Probate, 9.5, 3.
