The Royal Humane Society of New Zealand has ftiade- the following awards: —To Robert F. Duckworth, a bronze medal, for rescuing Harold Parkes from drowning at St. Clair beach, Dnnedin, on 11th December.- 1922; to Leslie R. Henderson, a tetter of commendation, for rescuing Donald White from drowning at Dunedin on 6th January, 1923; to Dapnne M. Abnrn, a silver medal, for rescuing. Clarenas Jordan and Arthur Gossett from drowning at Sumner' on 24th January, 1923, and for -rescuing John E. Williams from drowning at Sumner on 25th January, 1923.
