The Commonwealth Prime Minister, Mr. S. M. Bruce, has announced that the Commonwealth is not appointing a High Commisioner at Washington. Australian affairs will be transacted as in the past, through the British Commissioner. N '
The Commonwealth is considering the appointment of a,' Trade Commissioner, whoso duties #ould not overlap those of the British Commissioner.
