NATIONAL DAIRY SHOW, 1923
The National Dairy Show comes of age on the 19th, 20th, 21st, and 22nd June next. The steady progress of this fixture lias been notable. During- many years the National Daily Association has held its annual conference in the lecture hall over the show offices, with the result that there has been gradually built up a. demand for accommodation for all kinds of meetings in connection with the dairy industry, including the pedigree stock breeders. In addition to these, the holding of the Manawatu Poultry Association's Annual Show lias attracted poultry men in like manner. The headquarters of the New Zealand North Island P.P. and C. Association Orpington, Wyandotte, Leghorn, and - Rhode Island Bed Clubs, are all at Palmerston North. A*, many as forty meetings have been held in the association's precincts at one National Dairy Show. The prize schedules are in course of circulation, and, judging from applications for space for mercantile exhibits already received by the secretary, the prospects for the' twenty first National Dairy Show are exceedingly bright.. The secretary will be pleased to supply all information. His address is Box 85, Palmerston North. . ' l
