GARY RESIDENTS GUILTY
VIOLATING PROHIBITION. (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPYRIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN • NEW ZEALAND CAILg ASSOCIATION.) NEW YORK, 31sfc March. A telegram from Indianapolis says that 55 of 62 residents charged at Gary were found guilty of conspiracy to violate the Prohibition amendment. Among those convicted wero the city Mayor, Judge, sheriff, and numerous lawyers and police officials. They will be sentenced on 20th April.
