ACCIDENT ON MARAMA
An accident occurred oh the s.s. Marama this morning, as a result of which a man named Thomas Hickey, who sustained injuries to his head, was admitted to the Hospital. . It appears 'that Hickey was engaged in unloading general cargo, and at the same time coal was being loaded into the vessel. A lump of coal slipped from a basket, and, falling down the hold, struck tho "man on tho head. He was rendered unconscious, but subsequently came round, and is reported to bo progressing favotirably.
