MONARCHIST COUP FOILED (t'MTED PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPTRIGBT.) (AUSTRALIAN - NEW ZEALAND CAILE ASSOCIATION.) LONDON, 7th March. A Monai-chiat revolutionary coup was discovered at Munich,- and many arrests weremade. The public prosecutor, alleged to be implicated, committed suicide. (Received 9th March, noon*) BERLIN, Bth March. A Munich message states that the plot was designed to bring about in the immediate future a violent change in the Bavarian constitution. Seven suspects are detained. The ringleaders are: Professor Fuch, art and dramatic writer, and Hugo Machsaris, concert conductor. The suicide was the brother-in-law of Count Bothmer, an active participator in a former Monarchist plot, who compromised the movement by secret interviews with the French Generals in the Rhineland.
