(Received 9th March, 10 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, Bth March Official: The Angora Assembly, by a large majority, has rejected the Lausanne Treaty, and is demanding a Mosul settlement within a filed period; full safeguards for Turkey's vital, rights; independence in the financial, economic, and administrative domains;' and the immediate . evacuation of the occupied Turkish territories upon the signature of peace. The Assembly passed a vote of confi-, denoe in the Government, and authorised it to continue peace negotiations. The decision, which wipes out all the work at Lausanne and demands new negotiations based on further concessions, was reached at the end of a heated twelve-hour debate.
