COUNTER-PROPOSALS DRAFTED,
. CONSTANTINOPLE, 7th March. The Angora Government, disapproving the .draft of the Lausanne Treaty, is drawing up a definite counter-treaty, and will hasten the discussion in the National Assembly, and ask for a vote of confidence. •
