The hon. registrar (Mr. I. Salek) presented the annual balance-sheet and report, which was finally adopted.

The.sum of £10 10s-was voted to the Prisoners' /iid Society in recognition of the good work done by the society towards discharged prisoners, and because the association desired .to co-operate with the society in carrying out its humanitarian and regenerative efforts.
