CONFISCATED MARKS
BROUGHT TO DUSSELDORF. (Received 28th February, 9 a.m.) PARIS, 27th February. The 12,000 million marks seized by the' French from the Berlin-Cologne express have arrived at Dusseldorf. A small portion was intended for the British authorities on the Rhinfeland, but the bulk was for the Ruhr branches of the Rcichsbank.
