TO MAKE THE WORLD BETTER.

NEW YORK, 27th February. The Supreme Court has approved the certificate of incorporation of the Carnegie Endowment in Europe as an organised attempt to prevent all war, to establish a better understanding among nations, and generally make the world a better place to live in. Mr. Elihu Root heads the list of prominent directors.
