In the gallops at Caulfield this morning, Lisnavane beat Prince Tressady over six furlongs on the grass in Imin 16jsec, the first three furlongs taking 37sec. Stare did eleven furlongs on the grass in 2min 36sec, and Harvest King beat Scarlet over ten furlongs on the grass in 2min 13sec. Warwickshire beat Le Capital) over six furlongs, done in Imin 18sec. The Cypher (J. Harris) did nine furlongs in Imin 57sec, the first mile in Imin 44sec. Caserta covered ten furlongs in 2min 16sec. Coleus did six furlongs in Imin 14|sec, Wish Wynne six in Imin 16sec, and Sylosen six in Imin 17sec.

At Flemington, King Ijigoda covered ten furlongs on the tun in 2min 21sec. Scorpius (A. Wilson) did six furlongs on the tan in Imin H^sec. Andrew and The Rover did twelve furlongs in S^nin 44^sec, Rosina five in Imin 14sec. and Radiant Light and Night Raid a miie in Imin 54sec. Prince Cox left five furlongs behind in Imin 6iscc, Sinbad the Sailor six in Imin 17isec, and Shillinlec did twelve on the grass in 2min 47^sec.
