Lord Robert Cecil, chairman of the executive of the British League of Nations' Union, has issued a statement in which he says that the Union, recognising that the forcible occupation of the Ruhr constitutes an extreme and immediate danger to Europe's peace, and the 'economic welfare of many countries, urges the necessity of having international problems centring in reparations, brought at once before the Council or the Assembly of the League.
