ISSUE MEETS FAVOURABLE PRESS. (UNITED MESS ASSOCIATION COPIRIGHT.i (AUSTRALIAN - NEW ZEALAND CAILE ASSOCIATION.} LONDON, 22nd February. Referring to the Victorian loan the "Morning Post" gives prominence to the fact that the five successive surpluses, aggregating £935,000, were obtained without increased taxation. "The Financial News" says it is a trustee security with a good yield which will undoubtedly be promptly subscribed. The "Financial Times" says that the security is, of course, undeniable. The issue should be well covered.
