(it mm*™.—rum AineiAntr) AUCKLAND, 22nd February. Speaking at the conversation* of citit engineers, the Hon. C. J. Parr sajfl that legislation providing for registration could be secured easily if the engineers themselves moved in the direction of placing a Bill before Parliament. He complimented the School of Engineering at Christchurth on the efficient body of engineers it was supplying to the country, and also expressed satisfaction with the work being accomplished in Auckland.
