(BT TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) MASTERTON, 22nd February. The Masterton A. and P. Association ram fair commenced to-day, and was characterised by keen bidding for Romneys. The Loan anl Jtercantile obtained the record price of 340 guineas for a stiul Romney shearling, bred by PSolithey. of Mnsterton. The purchasers wore Peicy Bros., of Masterfcon. who gave the previous record of 290 guineas for a Lincoln ram before the war.
