IMPORTANT PROPERTY SALE
The well-known property- in BoltoS street, consisting of rather more than four acres of land and a 20-ropmed dwelling, for many years occupied by th* late Sir James Prendergast, has been acquired from the trustees by a local syndicate, who propose reading it and cutting it up for building sites. The sale was made through Mi\ Keith Marshall and Co., of Grey street, and the price was about £20,000. This property is practically the last one within easy distance of the centre of the city which has not been cut up, and will no doubt be eagerly sought after by those desirous of building a residence for themselves.
