TRANSFER OF PART OF BRITISH ZONE.

Mr. Bonar Law, replying to a question in the House of Commons, said that the Government had arranged with the French Government for a readjustment of boundaries in connection with French transport in the Cologne area. Ho considered that what was done was in accoi'dance with strict neutrality. Tho portion of the territory transferred was occupied by us nominally. No British troops were ever there.
