In any case Parliament. must it called together before it can be dissolved. There is How proceeding a searching of the newspaper files in order to ascertain the nature of various pledges made by different candidates during the General Election campaign, but it is clear that the exact position cannot be ascertained until there is a definite test vote taken in the House.
