AMSTERDAM, Ist December. Following the members' decision against foreigners, the whole Board of the Stock Exchange has resigned.
[The Association of Stock Brokers, by 455 votes to 7, rejected a committee's proposal to admit foreigners to membership. The vote was a protest against the increasing German financial penetration. ]
