DEATHS FROM HEART FAILURE.
iAn inquest concerning the death of Lauritz Christian Larsen Pihl, aged six-ty-nino years, who was found dead in his house at Korokoro, Petone, on Friday morning, was held before Mr. I\ X Hunt, S.M., Coroner. :The finding of the Coroner was that deceased had died of heart failure, caused 3by advancing age. *An inquest into the death of Alfred Hutchings, who collapsed and died on a tfamcar near Parliamentary Buildings on Friday afternoon, was held before Mr W. G. Riddel), S.M., Coroner, this morning. Evidence waa given by several witnesses to show that deceased, who was 52 years of age, appeared normal when lie bought his ticket from the conductor. A' few minutes later He collapsed and did not recover or speak. He was carried into' a nearby tobacconist's shop, and was dead when a doctor arrived. The Coroner said the .medical evidence showeS that the deceased was suffering from fatty-disease of-the heart, and a. verdict •would":..-be-r■returned that deceased .died from biart, failure. ... •■ .
