R-eceived 15th November, 2.20 p.m.) , .CAIRO, 14th November. * The Extreme Nationalists have sent a delegation to Lausanne. to demand the absolute independence of the Nile Valley, the evacuation of all British troops, and the constitution of the Suez Canal as a neutral zone under the guardianship of t Egypt. The delegation declares that the, Sultan's election is illegal, and that tHe throne belongs to tlio ex-Kfoe-dive, Abbas Hilmy.
A Zaghloulist delegation has also gone to Lausanne with less extreme requests.
