Enforcement of the Daugherty order has been again postponed to 21st October. NEW YORK, Hth October.

The Federal Court granted the White ■Star lime a temporary restraining order. In both cases the Government must show cause why Mr. Daugherty J3 ruling should he enforced.

[A previous message stated that the Federal High Court, at New York, granted the International Mercantile Marine a temporary order restraining the prohibition agents in the Treasury Department seizing liquor on board three of the company's ships en route to New York.]
