NO TRUTH IN RUMOUR.

RIO DE JANIERO, 12th October.
The Portuguese aviators have sent a wireless message from the steamer Porto' to say the assassination rumour is untrue. The trip has been uneventful. [An earlier message reported a rumour 'that the aviators Cabral and Contintio, who flew from Lisbon to Pernambuco, had been assassinated on the voyage ■ home.] '
