Mr. Brian 6'Higgins, Minister of Home Affairs- in the Dail Eireann, announced thattho recent Assembly, after 6th December,, would function as the Parliament of the Free State, provided members took the prescribed oaths, and that Parliament would remain in existence for six months, until the' Adult Suffrage Bill bad passed into law.
The Committee stage of the-Constitu-tion Bill was completed.
The Treaty,' foaming the second-.sched. nle of the Bill, was also carried.
