PROPERTY AUCTION
Messrs J. H. Bethune and Co. held a property auction sale yesterday afternoon, when, under instructions from the Governors of the Wellington College and Girls' High School, they disposed of a, number of leasehold properties in Cambridge terrace, College street, Vivian street, and Tory street. The bidding was keen and spirited throughout. All the lots, with the exception of one vacant section, were disposed of under the hammer. Each lot was put up at an^upset rental with a valuation of any "building thereon, and.the result of. the sale was as follows:—
