Bought and Paid For," to be screened at Shortt's Theatre this evening, features Agnes Ayres and Jack Holt, of Paramount fame. It is said to be a picture which has never failed to thrill audiences wherever shown, and so well known :s the story of this popular play that to repeat, it is superfluous. It need only be said thai the picture follows the story of the play •with faithful exactitude, diverting only in those slight instances where diversion meant betterment. The picture was produced by William de Mille, who had at his disposal a strong cast and excellent settings. The supporting films are numerous and varied in character,
