INQUISITORIAL MEASURES
GERMANY AND THE FOREIGNER.

The "Matin's" Berlin correspondent states that the German Government is preparing' to" enforce a series of inquisitorial measures against visitors. All foreigners entering Germany will be required to supply "tile Customs with a complete list of their belongings. On leaving, the list will be checked, and if the foreigner i^ found attempting to take away any articles other than those taken in, the articles will be confiscated.
All foreigners in Berlin will be required to prove an occupation justifying^ their presence, in default of which they' will be immediately expelled.
